Our first happy moment at Novotel was an upgrade to the executive floor, which was, as requested in our booking, a quiet floor to grant great sleep quality. Once in our room, we were greeted by hand-written note from the hotel Manager (Ms. Mejia), with a warm welcome message to the hotel. You really do not see much of these details nowadays on a regular hotel stay. Loved this! Our room was very comfortable, spacious and modern; it was perfectly clean, and had everything we needed, including a clothes steamer which was very helpful during our stay! Bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety of fruit and bakery products, coffee was great and eggs made-to-order were a real treat. The restaurant is beautiful with a full wall being a window to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Medellin. Another great feature of this hotel is that it is connected to a big mall where you can find a big selection of local and international stores without the hassle of having to walk far or take a cab or uber. We have been traveling to Medellin often and stayed at well-known hotel chains, but Novotel, hands-down, has been our best stay in Medellin so far! A big thank you and congrats to all the staff. The effort you put in your daily work shows!

The quality is beyond expectations and it has never changed throughout time (despite of being busier). Gorgeous views, access to a safe beautiful mall, proximity to great restaurants. Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was exquisite! I had one of the best massages and facial I have ever had at the hotel spa. Overall this hotel is a gem.
